ESHC Patient and Family Advisory Council (PFAC)
Erie Shores HealthCare is currently seeking applications for Patient and Family Advisory Council members. Successful applicants will work in partnership with staff, physicians and volunteers to ensure that the voice of patients and their families is at the heart of the provision of outstanding care that focuses on the delivery of quality services and compassionate patient and family-centred care.
Members will provide direct input into policies, programs and practices which affect the patient experience. Applicants should have had recent experiences either as a patient, family member and/or care giver of a patient who was cared for at ESHC, within the last three years. The Council will meet on a bimonthly basis, six times annually.
